Shipping & Returns

1. Shipping
   Orders are shipped using Swiss Post or DHL to the address provided by the customer during checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination but are generally completed within a few business days.

Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

2. Tracking
   Once the order has been shipped, tracking information may be provided to the customer.

3. Returns
   Customers have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving it.

The product must be returned:

• in its original condition

• undamaged

• with original packaging

4. Refunds
   After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund using the original payment method.

5. Return costs
   Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
